Meditation Classes

 Back to school for many means back to meditation for me!  This summer has been a more outward experience of family, and friends.  I am really looking forward to getting more centered, and supporting others in doing so!  Here is a list of classes I will be starting:

Energy Awareness Class

I am starting the first in my series of classes where we will learn to be more grounded in our bodies, have better boundaries, and release energies that are holding us back!  There are 2 ways to join.  There will be 1 Saturday a month for 4 hours, or a 10 Week class.  See which one fits your schedule Starting in September.

Spirit Dance Birth Class:  Pregnancy Class

Starting Thursdays at 4:30PM at the SweetLight Center we will be opening our bodies up for birth, and meditating to center our mind.  Sign up for the class and take the series over and over till you give birth!!!
