The More Things Change.....

In the class I am teaching right now we are creating dream boxes.  This is one of my favorite activity because I receive a ton of information from my dreams.  Dreams allow things in my unconscious that are ready to be acting on to surface. Whether it is something I am ready to be let go of and heal, projects to start, or people to connect with, that sort of thing.  Just recently, I was inspired by a dream to contact an old friend that I shared an office with years ago.  I woke the next morning to email her about an office space she was looking to share. 

The funny thing is that I loved working in Amy Watson's office years ago.  I worked there for a year before leaving to travel. Back then, I split my time between her office, and my office on 12th and Division. The same inspiration happened when I woke up 8 years ago, and knew that I needed to leave to travel.  The same thing happened when I was traveling.  I woke the next morning in India to apply to work at Brietenbush Hotsprings.  Now, I am finding myself doing the exact same thing I did before I left.  As Laura Rowe of Vital Spirit likes to coach me on a spirit led life.  It is good to have a neutral party encouraging you to trust those inspirations that do not always seem the "normal" way to go about life. I am happy and content in my life in Portland now.  I would have never said that years ago when I was in acupuncture school thinking of moving to California!

So where is spirit giving you a push, and you are resistant to take flight?  What would a spirit led life look like?  What if when that lightening bolt of inspiration hit you, instead of fear directing your life you let divine guidance be your guide!
 

Sweet Light Center

I am so excited to announce that I will be working with Amy Watson DC and Anne Tegtmeier at the Sweet Light Center.  This is a mamma baby focused center.  Amy focuses on chiropractic, and cranial sacral therapy for moms and babies.    Anne is a massage therapist and also a Lactation specialist.  There will be an MD focused on nursing.  I will be sharing a room with 2 midwives! 

I am working Tuesdays and Saturdays at the Sweet Light Center doing acupuncture, energy work, and classes, and Wednesday through Friday at 12th and Division in my shared office with Andrea Fisk of Singing Bird Acupuncture who specializes in working with children. And I will plant a seed of inspiration, at Sweet Light on Tuesdays, you can get a chiropractic adjustment, a massage, and acupuncture.  It is the ultimate day of self-care.  I hope a few of you will indulge in a magical trifecta of healing.   

The Sweet Light Center has an amazing space to teach classes!!!  I will be starting my next Energy Awareness class on Saturdays at 2pm beginning in March.  I am excited to begin planning future classes here, such as Spirit Dance Birth Class, Qi Gong classes, and a teen meditation class.  I invite you to check it out!!!
