This fairly simple cleanse (as far as cleanses go) gives the liver a much needed break. I suggest at least a 4-6 week cleanse and I like to encourage a step further and just eat veggies, whole grains, fruits, and nuts for one of those weeks. By May you will feel the surge of energy from giving your body a break, and your outlook on life might just change!
For those of you that want it super easy I recommend doing 2 weeks of Apple Cider Vinegar. It softens the Liver, and releases stagnant Liver Qi(Energy). I am sure you have seen the Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar drinks! Make it your self:
